Route Setup in the Platform
A customer creates a route once inside the Agora Platform or through its API. The route specifies the token, the chain, and the destination wallet address. This single setup step prepares the system to recognize future incoming wires that match the details.
Unique Memo Assignment
Each route receives a unique memo from Agora. The customer includes that memo in the reference field when sending the wire from a bank account already on file. The memo contains a check character that causes any damaged entry to fail instead of matching an unrelated route.
Automatic Matching and Mint
When the wire arrives at Agora, the platform matches it to the stored route. It performs its checks and then mints AUSD directly to the designated wallet on a one-for-one basis. The same automated path applies to whitelabel tokens issued through Agora.
Verification Requirements
The incoming wire must originate from a bank account the customer has previously registered with Agora and must be sent in the organization’s own name. Wires that do not align with an existing route are held for manual review. No wire results in a double payout.
Supported Chains
AUSD maintains mainnet deployments on Ethereum, Solana, Arbitrum, and Base according to the developer documentation. Holders on these chains can use the same route-based process for mints.
Future Automation Plans
Agora plans to extend the same automation to dollar redemptions. It also intends to add a wire status view inside the Platform so users can track deposit progress.
The process centers on one-time route creation followed by memo-matched wires that trigger mints after verification. Holders receive AUSD in their chosen wallet once the wire clears the matching and review steps. The design reduces repeated manual entries by storing route details in advance. Community participants who maintain registered bank accounts can prepare routes for the chains they use most often. The check character in each memo adds a layer of protection against transcription errors during the wire instruction. Held wires receive human review only when needed, preserving the one-to-one correspondence between incoming dollars and minted tokens. Whitelabel issuers gain access to the identical workflow without separate configuration. The listed chains provide deployment options for holders who operate across multiple networks. Planned additions for redemptions and status tracking would allow the same route data to support both directions of movement in the future.
